About the Event
Intentional conversations are so important in this day and age. At a time where the world as we know it has transformed in so many ways (in some spaces for the better and in others not so much); the art of listening, questioning and paraphrasing continue to be skills that support the goal of being more in tune with others.
Coaching as a 'way of being' supports the ultimate goal of happier humans. The purpose of coaching is to produce self-directed persons with the cognitive capacity for excellence both independently and as members of a community. It is the invisible skills of teaching, the thinking processes that underlie instructional decisions, which produce superior instruction. (see Cognitive Coaching).
Join us for a 2-hour session where we attend to the essential skills of intentional conversations - listening, paraphrasing and posing questions.
